The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is one of the best video games ever made, and it originally released on the Nintendo 64 in 1998. It was the first 3D adventure in the Zelda franchise, a series that made a name for itself during the NES and SNES era of Nintendo gaming. Taking place in the wonderful and varied land of Hyrule, the story follows a young boy named Link who lives in the forest. When a fairy informs him of an upcoming evil, he sets out on an epic adventure.

In many ways, Ocarina of Time set the standard for 3D adventure games coming into the new century. It was the first time that many gamers experienced a wide open and explorable world; one that felt rich with atmosphere and character. Link's quest to save Princess Zelda and defeat the evil Ganondorf is nothing short of an epic masterpiece, and it still stands the test of time. Nearly 20 years since its release, Ocarina of Time is still just as fun to play. All told, it's possibly one of the best examples of a “perfect” or “flawless” video game.
The main quest of Ocarina of Time is spread across two time periods; one where Link is a young boy, and another that takes place seven years later. After you complete the initial three dungeons of the game (based around the elements of earth, fire, and water), you are free to travel back and forth through time. The world is different depending on which Link you are playing as. Young Link enjoys a spotless and vibrant countryside, ripe with incredibly interesting environments and areas. Adult Link has to deal with a Hyrule in ruin, as the land suffers from the evil scourge of Ganondorf and his minions. The time travel element is an interesting dynamic, and while it's not forced onto the player too much, it's smartly woven into a handful of puzzles.
Generally speaking, Ocarina of Time constantly provides a great feeling of motivation and progress. You'll have to clear a number of themed dungeons, and each one feels entirely unique. The dungeons are full of enemies to fight, puzzles to figure out, and exciting bosses. As you progress through the game, you'll unlock new gear and weapons that boost Link's power. These new items (like the hookshot and bow) also allow you to revisit old areas, discovering new secrets and additional paths. In almost every way, Ocarina of Time is a satisfying and varied adventure. From the depths of the Shadow Temple to the heights of the Fire Temple within a volcano, each new step of Link's journey is full of life and intrigue. Download synology assistant mac os x.
Exploring the world of Hyrule is fascinating and exciting, thanks to a slew of memorable characters and side quests. You can learn new songs on your trusty ocarina, meet and tame the epic horse Epona, and purchase items at a number of shops and homes. You always feel like you're encountering something new, and every aspect feels fleshed out and polished.
Ultimately, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is widely regarded as the best game ever made for a reason. Whether or not you think it's the highest point in gaming history, it's hard to deny how fun and exciting the game is. It's full of life, charm, and personality. Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time is often acronymed (LOT - OOT). It has been one of the best games ever made, even the Classic Zelda games are still being played! If you have loved the Classic, then you will love this! First of all, Download Project 1.6 or 1.7. Then after that Download this game immediately, I promise you wont regret it. Lastly, Play! You will not regret downloading this ROM. One of the best games can be played on your PC! The game is not modified, unless YOU! Modify it. with cheats! There are cheats and you can levitate, change tunic color and boots, etc. This makes the game more fun. if you have beaten the game already. Play this game with Project 1.6 - 1.7 and you will have good times with Cheats and playing the game without cheats. You will not stop playing (I hope.) and you will love it until this game is forgotten. hopefully not. What a good game.
This game is about a Korkiri boy named link. Who has no fairy while the other Korkiri children. The Korkiri children are watched over by a great old tree called 'the great Deku tree.' The great Deku tree sends a fairy over to the hut where the hero, Link lives. He is then woken up and told he is to see the great deku tree as soon as possible. After he makes his way there he learns about the future of Hyrule and how he must become a great hero and rid Hyrule of all evil that resides in it. The fate of Hyrule is up to one boy, can he save the day?
Game Hunter III rates this game: 5/5Pretty sweet game. One of the most legendary game ever made, in my opinion. For the most part, it's a puzzle solving game with a few fights along the way to keep you entertained. You play as 'Link' (or whatever you choose to name yourself) and set about saving the world, as the usual in games. What makes this game interesting is it's (spoilers, look away) Time traveling feature. You can travel to before evil took over, and after evil took over and set things up for yourself in the past for the future. And remember, if you ever get stuck, you can always cheat by looking up F.A.Q.s online. Which if you've never played a Zelda game, you probably will.

Deco rates this game: 5/5Ocarina of Time, until recently the best Zelda title created. The story focuses on Link, a boy from the forest who recieves a fairy guardian one day, and a message. His quest sent him through time more than once, collecting weapons and gagets from many dungeons to face the evil Ganondorf.
The story is very well told, and any fan should get this game to refresh on the story while waiting for the new 3DS port.

This is one of those game that don't go away from our minds, it was a huge breakthrough like other games for the N64 because it turned a series well known and loved by adding one more dimension,the third. Many people complain that this one broke the Zelda series because it should be top view, but letting beside fanboy -ish complains this is one master piece from nintendo and really stays true to the series. A must for who never played.
